US Rescue & Special Operations Group

View Before, View After,

Another very cool client. I had the pleasure to meet these guys by attending their civilian S.E.R.E (Survival Escape Rescue Evasion) course in 2006. They found out I designed websites and they acknowledged that they needed a new one. The old website was indeed in pretty poor shape and I was excited to give it a makeover.

Projects work out the best when the client recognizes the artistic ability of a designer and let him/her do what needs to be done. That proved to be true in this case.

We put together a new design and created the vast content needed for the website to be completed. The flash banner demands your attention when you first log on and you immediately want to explore the website further. They needed a large amount of pages for the amount of information they wanted to share.

They also needed a photo gallery to be developed and so that was also created. On top of that we created a new forum for the cadre to be in constant contact with other staff around the globe and for educational purposes where combat troops could log in and ask questions that cadre could answer concerning issues in the field. We also installed an anti-spam script so the forum would be free of bots and spammers.

This was a large undertaking but one I'm very proud of. These guys represent the tip of the spear of the US Special Operations Command & Law Enforcement and are a good bunch of guys to just sit back and talk with. It was a pleasure working and even training with them.
