McMahon Group's Club QAP®
The Club QAP® was another project completed for McMahon Group. Club QAP® is a program private country clubs use to keep management informed of member satisfaction on a 24/7 instant access basis. The program assures a club delivers its promise of quality every day and in every way.
While the online program itself was not developed by me, all of the marketing aspects were.
We started out with a brochure describing how the program works and the benefits associated with using it. The brochure was printed in house on #100 stock and in full color.
The next step in the campaign was to create a CD-ROM that coule be passed out to potential clients the firm came into contact with. The CD-ROM would also detail the ease of use of the program and its benefits. The CD contents were created with Photoshop and assembled in Flash. An outside printing company pressed the CD's for delivery.
The last step was the website to bring it all together. From there, current QAP® clients could sign in for their club's stats. Potential clients could use the rest of the site to learn about the program and its different aspects.
All three parts of the marketing strategy came together perfectly and the program seems to be a great asset to the firm.
