Every project has its own unique amount of work involved. Below I have outlined our general costs per item from our past experience. Please note all prices are in USD.

These prices reflect our general starting points on design. Right now we are focusing on producing really good quality designs and not so much smaller rushed projects.

I always start with a mockup in photoshop. I will send you the complete graphical layout in jpg format and we can complete any edits you may have at that point. Once I have your approval of the look and feel of site, then I'll begin programming. I will work with you to complete and set up your hosting as well and point your domain over to the new site.

WARNING
While I'm not the cheapest designer out there, I'm definately not the most expensive. Beware of web designers that try to convince you that they can deliver a website for "cheap".

Questions to ask:

Do they code in complete CSS and avoid tables?

They should code completely in CSS and almost never use tables for Search Engine Optimization reasons.

What do their other clients websites look like?
Answer
If their past client's sites look better than mine....then by all means, go with them. Its all about looks. If people think your website is ugly and non-user friendly, they won't ever come back.
